This is not only a sick streetball move, but when you do it as a drill you can build a lot of confidence in your ball handling, overall ball control, footwork and body coordination.

Basically all you are doing is a shammgod between the legs as seen by Uncle Drew a.k.a. Kyrie Irving on one side, then repeating on the other side.

By working on doing it high, low, wide and tight you’ll be able to apply it to a lot of different game situations and develop some killer handles and footwork in the process!
