As shown in this tutorial, this crafty crossover combo is great for blowing by defenders unexpectedly, and getting ankle breakers, especially defenders that are playing you tight or trying to reach in on you.

After the inside out between the legs dribble, if your defender is playing you tight, it is the perfect time to blow by them unexpectedly with the between the legs from the back dribble.

The key is to lean to whichever side has the ball for the inside out between the legs dribble, so you get the defender moving to that side and open up space for you to pull off the between the legs from the back crossover and complete this sick streetball move.

Also, by doing a between the legs from the back crossover on the second dribble you’re able to start moving in that direction much more quickly than if you were to try to do any other type of crossover.

This quick streetball move combo is great for a variety of game situations, but especially when defenders are fairly close, and it’s a move that most coaches will be ok with you doing, despite having a little bit of a streetball flair to it.

Once you get a good feel for how to do this streetball move you’ll be getting a ton of ankle breakers with the crafty crossover combo.
