Finger dribbling is one of the best basketball drills and warmups you can do to make sure your handles are crips in games so you can break ankles like Kyrie Irving and Jamal Crawford do.

The cool part about this drill is it makes all of your moves feel a lot easier and more controlled, because you’ll be warming up and strengthening your hands and fingers, allowing you to grip the basketball better.
