Freestyle Basketball Tutorial – Overhand Windmill Air Toss Move

“Freestyle Basketball Tutorial” – Overhand Windmill Air Toss Move

Secrets of Freestyle Basketball – http://ift.tt/1kEC5nz

This “freestyle basketball move” tutorial will show you how to do a fairly easy move that you can add into your arsenal that flows well with other freestyle moves.

The great part about it is that the move starts with a basic underhand position so it links well with other moves and is pretty easy to do.

From there you have the ball in your hand the majority of the move, as long as you’re waving the ball in a circle quick enough and cuffing or slightly cuffing the ball you should be able to pull the trick off fairly easily.

From there you just need to flick your fingers and wrist when the ball gets to your side/overhand position.

It may take a few repetitions to get this trick down, and I encourage you to watch the tutorial a few times to understand the key points on how to do this move effectively, but once you have it down it will be a great move to have in your freestyle basketball repertoire.
